If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.


📩 How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the product issue or concern

Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly with the next steps.


💸 Refund Process


Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


📦 No Need to Ship It Back Overseas


We’ve made returns easier for our Canadian customers — no need to send the item back to Korea.
We’ll share a local return address if needed during the process.


🔒 Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition (unless the issue is with the product itself).
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
